Sadler Energy are approved Domestic Ventilation Installers and can provide Air Flow rate testing and the commissioning of all types of Mechanical Domestic Ventilation Systems as required by Building Control.

Sadler Energy are approved domestic ventilation testers and can provide air flow rate testing and the commissioning of all types of mechanical domestic ventilation systems as required by Building Control Bodies and Part F approved document of the building regulations for ventilation test.

Our engineers are qualified and BPEC certified to undertake Part F Ventilation Testing. We use the latest UKAS calibrated equipment for fan and duct testing and our service standards ensure that the certification for Building Control submission is released with 48 hours of the completed testing procedures.

Where Ventilation systems have already been installed we can undertake a ventilation test and servicing to ensure continued levels of efficiency including the replacement of filters where appropriate to ensure home owners continue to enjoy the benefits of their systems.

Sadler Energy produced the SAP calculations for us in super quick time and to a high standard. They were very pleasant to deal with and helped us with the calculations and information required for the building regulations submission.
