Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds for the works unless the works are defective or Sadler Energy and Environmental Services Ltd (SEES) have not started the works. If you are unhappy with the works completed by SEES Ltd, please contact us at 01962 718 870 or e-mail [email protected] with details of the development and services provided and issues you may have. For any products purchased from the SEES Ltd website, refunds can be requested by e-mailing [email protected] within 30 days of payment unless work has commenced.
Upon receipt your e-mail, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the report or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
