The Chain at South Grove is a major 518-home car-free residential development in Walthamstow forming part of a wider regeneration programme in the area. Our involvement included BREEAM assessment for the commercial unit, alongside detailed daylight and sunlight modelling and overheating assessments to support planning requirements and ensure high-quality internal environments for future residents.
