This development comprises 55 houses and 22 apartments, along with associated works at BOSC Phase 2, Bordon. Our client is committed to achieving a maximum EPC rating of ‘B’ for the entire development, exceeding the local authorities’ requirements for the Green Energy Strategy in the area. Each dwelling will feature photovoltaic (PV) panels to significantly reduce emissions.

In addition to environmental considerations, the client is implementing technologies designed to meaningfully reduce homeowners’ bills. These technologies are selected not only for their efficiency but also for their ability to maximise storage space, ensuring the most appropriate solutions for each dwelling.

SEES was brought in to produce a sustainability statement for the site outlining all the green measures to be implemented, along with an employment and skills plan and to carry out all the SAP calculations, overheating assessments and air permeability testing.
