Designed in the French Renaissance style by the renowned architect Thomas Cundy III as London’s first serviced-apartment block, it was originally completed in 1868. Home to many notable residents over the years, the Grade II listed building is being meticulously restored to life by CIT as 8 Easton Lane and will be ready to welcome residents of the 42 apartments.

This development is undergoing major refurbishment with retail units and a wellness centre on the ground floor and basement, respectively with residential apartments from the 1st floor to the 6th floor. SEES have been appointed to produce Part L compliance reports, overheating assessments and EPC’s for the building’s wellness centre, retail units and the 42 residential apartments.
