Parsons Construction have developed this amazing office building in the heart of Fair Oak, keeping sustainability at the forefront of their design. The 3 storey building comprises of four individual but connected units spreading over 16,780 sq. ft.
SEES has been working on this project since its early design stages. We have helped our client get a BREEAM rating of excellent for this site, whilst trying to minimise the costs in the process. The site also boasts an EPC rating of ‘A’ for all four units, showcasing its sustainable design.
Along the way we were also tasked with carrying out thermal modelling simulations, SBEM calculations to produce BRUKL reports, travel and amenities plan, to name a few.
