Payment of our invoice issued may be made using either Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
All new customers must make payment before SEES issue completed works or site visits carried out, unless payment terms agreed otherwise.
We do not accept refunds for the works unless the works are defective or we have not started the works. If you are unhappy with the works completed by SEES, please contact us by e-mail hello@sees.co.uk with details of the development and services provided and issues you may have.
Upon receipt your e-mail, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund
