Naomi Sadler

Director

In 2000, I embarked on my career journey in the construction industry as a trainee Quantity Surveyor. It was during this time that I cultivated an interest in sustainability, as the concept began to take centre stage in the industry. Witnessing the growing importance of sustainability on the sites where I worked fuelled my interest further for all things Office Manager and PA sustainable. In 2006, I welcomed my first child into the world, which prompted a shift in my priorities towards achieving a more flexible work-life balance. In response, I founded SEES in 2007, and by 2008, we had evolved into a limited company with the addition of our first team member.

My belief in supporting both people and sustainability extends beyond my professional endeavours. I am deeply committed to minimising the environmental impact of human activities and strive to limit my own footprint on the planet. Through my actions, I endeavour to make a positive contribution to the world we leave behind, particularly focusing on aiding future generations in the construction industry. I am driven by a sense of responsibility to ensure that our industry leaves a lasting, positive impact on the world, and I am dedicated to empowering others to do the same.

With over 20 years of experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. My primary responsibilities revolve around providing essential communication and administrative support to meet operational requirements and ensure top-notch service for our clients. Additionally, I oversee office operations to ensure smooth functioning and effective task management.

Working closely with the Director, I play a key role in leading the administrative and project coordination aspects of our projects, ensuring a seamless workflow, and promptly addressing client needs.

I take pride in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring work output remains efficient. Drawing from a diverse skill set acquired through various positions held throughout my career, I am keenly attuned to the business support needs, ensuring they are met effectively.

What drives me is the opportunity to make a tangible difference, both to the success of the business and the well-being of my colleagues. Being in an environment where my efforts are genuinely valued makes this workplace a great place to be.

Rebecca Lennon

Lead SAP Assessor

My journey intertwined with Naomi’s began in 2000, during my junior years in the office. Initially employed as an assistant material buyer, I pursued my HNC in construction to deepen my understanding of the field. Growing up with a father who held the role of a Technical Director with an architectural background and being married to my Husband working in the construction industry also, I’ve cultivated a profound familiarity with the practical challenges inherent in construction.

Following the birth of my first child and my departure from a position as a Material Buyer for a national house builder, I joined SEES in 2008. From the early days when Naomi and I constituted the entire office, to the present, where our team has expanded considerably, I’ve remained dedicated to contributing to this growth and witnessing the dynamic evolution of our industry.

Stephanie Baker

Technical Assistant

I’m a dedicated environmental professional and a proud mum of two. While raising my children, I balanced family life with academic ambition, earning a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science, followed by a Master of Research (MRes) in Science. My focus throughout was on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainability policy impacts.

At SEES, I lead on Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Building User Guides, and Whole Life Carbon Assessments, bringing a meticulous eye for detail and a strong passion for sustainable solutions. As a qualified BREEAM Assessor, I help ensure that projects meet their environmental targets efficiently, blending technical knowledge with practical, user-focused outcomes.

I try to embody the principles of my environmental science training in everything I do – whether it’s enhancing client sustainability reports, advising on building performance, or developing strategies to reduce carbon footprints. My aim is always to provide guidance that’s technically robust and grounded in real-world practicality, delivered with a nurturing and thoughtful approach.
