What is RdSAP
RdSAP (Reduced Data SAP) is a simplified version of SAP used for existing dwellings. It requires less detailed input data and is typically completed via a site visit.

Recent EPC Updates – what you need to know?
The EPC methodology is changing. With SAP 10 updates now in place:
- Electricity costs are assumed to be higher, impacting EPC ratings for electrically heated home
- Green mortgage eligibility often requires EPC ratings of B or above, with lenders favouring high ‘B’ (≥88)
