Horlicks Quarter is a landmark regeneration of the historic Horlicks Factory site, transforming a significant brownfield location into a vibrant residential neighbourhood. The development blends the refurbishment of the iconic factory buildings with new-build apartments and houses, creating a large mixed-use community with residential, commercial, and leisure spaces.
Our team delivered SAP calculations for all residential units across both refurbished and new-build properties, supporting compliance with Part L and energy performance standards throughout the development.
In addition, we carried out SBEM modelling for the commercial units, ensuring regulatory compliance for the mixed-use elements of the scheme.
